No Shows will result in passengers losing 100% of airfare.

Check-in Requirements
All passengers are required to check in 1 hour pior to scheduled departure time. Flights will close 30 minutes prior to departure.
Vintage reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger who does not arrive before the flight is closed.
  

Identification Requirements for US Citizens:
* A valid passport is required for travel and is the only acceptable form of identification. Non U.S. Citizens, with the exception of Canada, will also be required to have a visa. Birth certificates, social security cards, voter registration cards, or any similar type of identification will not be accepted.

Passports are required as of January 23, 2007 for all international flights to or from the United States.    Don't Wait until the last minute!

Baggage:
* It will be necessary to restrict your luggage to 50 pounds per person; any additional baggage will be charged at 75 cents per pound. Excessive baggage is subject to weight and space availability. We suggest that you pack your items in the soft style carry-on type bags or duffle bags.  All coolers should be limited to 50 quart capacity.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, these restrictions help to insure a shorter loading period and eliminate the possibility of your baggage being put on a different flight

Fishing and Diving Gear:
All fishing and diving gear will be included in your baggage weight.  Fishing poles must be 100 inches or less in length, and broken down when possible.  All diving tanks must be unpressurized.

Surfboards:
Passengers may carry surfboards, space permitting, for an additional charge of $50.00 each way.

Hazardous Materials:
Vintage is certified to transport HAZMAT.  Passengers wishing to transport HAZMAT (motor oil, paint, etc.) must have them approved by the main office before departure.  It is recommended that you contact the office
several days in advance for approval of your items. All HAZMAT is subject to inspection. 

Cancellation Policy:
Passengers may make changes to or convert their reservations to open ticket vouchers at any time after booking up to 1 hour prior to departure for a fee of $50.00 per person.   Customers who have booked a private charter may make changes or cancellations up to 2 days before the flight for a 10% fee of the quoted rate.  Changes or cancellations for private charters made within 2 days of the flight will result in a 20% fee of the quoted rate.

Bahamas Import Requirements:
An important permit is required from the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade and Industry
(Nassau), for all animals being brought into the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
Applications for such permits (along with a $10 processing fee) must be made in
Writing to the Director of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture, Trade and Industry,
P.O. Box N-3704, Nassau, The Bahamas.

The application must be accompanied by a $10.00 processing fee for each
Animal and a $5.00 fax fee in cases where persons wish to have the permit
faxed to them – money order or cash only. No personal checks will be
accepted.


For the U.S. and Canada, the following are the main provisions of the import permit as it applies to dogs and cats:


(a) The animal must be 6 months of age or older.


(b) The animal must be accompanied by a valid certificate which substantiates
that is has been vaccinated against rabies within not less than one (1) month and
not more than ten (10) months prior to importation for the one (1) year vaccine.
For the three (3) year vaccine it must be within no less than one (1) month and
not more than thirty-four (34) months prior to importation into The Bahamas.


(c) The animal must be accompanied by a Veterinary Health Certificate
Presented within 48 hours of arrival in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas to
a licensed veterinarian for an examination.


The Permit Is Valid For One (1) Entry And Must Be Used Within One (1)
Year From The Date Of Issue.


Regulations for all other types of animals and relating to countries not mentioned
Above may be obtained from the Director of Agriculture, P.O. Box N-3704,
Nassau, The Bahamas. Applications should state the kind of animal, breed, age,
sex, and country of embarkation. Additional information may be required if, for
example, the animal or animal produce is listed under the Convention on
International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Plants and Animals (CITES).

Customs Duty for permanent entry of all animals from outside the
Commonwealth of The Bahamas (dogs, cats, cattle and horses) are $10 plus
½% of the value of the animal. Yearly fees for dog licenses in New Providence, Grand Bahama and the Family Islands are: male or spayed female, $2;
unspayed female $6.

Animals not meeting these requirements will not be allowed to enter the
Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Airfare for Animals: up to 10 pounds: none     11-30 pounds: $50.00     31-49 pounds: $80.00     50 pounds and over: $125.00

All cats traveling on Vintage Props & Jets must have a kennel. Dogs under 10 pounds may sit on your lap, provided you also have a soft-sided carrier small enough to fit under the seat. Hyper, unruly, and certain breeds of dogs will require a kennel.  No birds or reptiles will be transported to the U.S.

Departing the Bahamas: 
All passengers age 6 and over must pay a $15.00 departure tax before departing the Bahamas.  This tax must also be accompanied by the
pink Bahamas Immigration Card that you were given before you boarded the aircraft in the U.S.   This is also a good time to change in all foreign monies before coming home to the United States.  This tax is not included in your airfare.  You will receive a blue U.S. Customs Card that must be completed before arriving in the United States.

Importation of Goods into the United States:
